Night fell quickly and Everret hoped that everyone was asleep otherwise he would be caught and the punishment would be the same as it always was;; three lashes across the backside with a thick leather belt. Everret shuddered at that thought and checked around all the corners before he made his way stealthily out of the house and into the towns square, he was supposed to meet someone there, someone that had told him to come alone in the dead of the night and bring nothing but his wit, charm and intelligence. So that is what he had done, being the adventurous guy that he was and not afraid of anything... well most things.
Everret strolled in the square and looked around, as far as his grey eyes could see there was no-one else there but himself and he could have hit himself on the forehead for being such an idiot, he fell for gags as quickly as he came up with them which was never a good thing. Everret sighed and walked to the center of the square so that he could sit down and think about his stupidity and sort out why he always fell for the simplest of things like this. He sat down when he reached the wooden bench and placed his hand on his head, for several moments he sat there in darkness and silence until a noise made him look up.

It was moments like these that made life all the more itresting, Angelika thought bitterly as she dismounted the dappled grey horse and ties the leather rains to a low hanging branch. She didn't want to be here in Rhyn- she hated this little village and genially she hated human beings. So that was why The Cursed One was here, at midnight, so as not to be seen. In one hand she carried the long bow, the string having snapped. So here Angelika was, in the dead of night.
Suddenly she stopped, her feed coming to stand in a muddy pool of water as she looked across the square. There, sitting on a bench was a figure, a human one at that. What was a human doing out at this time off night? Most humans knew that outside was a dangerous place, especially under the stars and even more so, this close to the forest. She stepped closer, her hand raising her hood slowly so it covered her face. “You shouldn't be out here, alone,” she said suddenly, as she stepped closer, observing the boy.

As he looked up Everret studied the outline of the figure just a little way ahead of him, it seemed to be one of female shape but with the moon light being as dim as it was he wasn't really all that sure to be perfectly honest, and it wasn't as though he really cared either, Everret cared little for things that weren't of no concern to him, in fact his number one top priority in life was to become the best comedic entertainer that he could.
That and drink loads of ale. He thought to himself as he watched the figure come closer, now he could tell that it was indeed a woman and he shook his head, hoping to god that it wasn't his mother. But then he looked at her more carefully, the woman was far taller and slimmer than his mother. How ridiculous that thought had been, Everret could have almost slapped himself for that, then she spoke and he narrowed his eyes at her. The only reaction that he could give to that was shrug. So Everret shrugged his shoulders and stood up.

The woman watched as the boy stood up and shrugged at her, and she too narrowed her eyes as she watch him, her eyes travailing up and down his form like a examination of sorts. She didn't care if it looked looked 'strange' or 'improper'- she needed to see if he was any kind of threat. The last thing she needed was a foolish boy muttering that he had seen her in the village at night. So she stood firmly and started to walk to the shop that she needed, ignoring the boy.
But she stopped and sighed, looking back towards him. The night was young and the moon was full. Strange creatures prowled the boarder of the woods this night, she thought as her gaze followed the edge along, looking for any sign. With a frustrated grunt, she pulled her hood down and turned to look at him, her long hair falling over her shoulders. “Id go home, if I were you, boy,” she said simply and turned away.

After having shrugged his shoulders Everret looked the woman up and down, he didn't think that she seemed to be much of threat, especially as she was a woman and Everret was the kind of guy that didn't think much of women except that they were good kissers and maybe great at sex... so he had been told. Getting a little off topic here Everret. A voice taunted him in his head as he continued to look the woman up and down, then she moved away from him.
For a few moments he wondered what she was doing, then declared himself bored again and took up his past seat on the bench once more. With a sigh Everret placed his elbows on his knees and held his head in his hands as he looked down at the ground while the woman was busy. When she came back and spoke to him, Everret was so surprised that he fell off of the bench and looked up at the woman.
"What if I don't want to?"

As the boy fell off the bench, Angelika couldn't help but smirk slightly as she watched him fall to the floor. The boy seemed a bit... slow... if that was the right word. She approached so that she was standing before him, and reached down, offering the boy her hand to pull him up. “Don't argue with me,” she said softly, and looked up at the forest once more.
Something moved in the trees. The woods couldn't hide the creature that stirred in the forest, she could almost see the yellow eyes, gazing at her, smell the rotting flesh in its fangs. “You should go home,” she spoke softly.
